Social Media manager?

Google made internet searches into a profiting business.
Companies noticed the need from other companies to make sure their website turns up on page 1. So a new kind of business was born: SEO optimalization.

Since Facebook became unbelievably popular, this idea is recycled and a new kind of job started to come up: Social Media Manager.
Companies offer their services to other companies to keep track of social media like Twitter and Facebook.

So instead of calling some servicedesk, you should better go on Twitter when you have a problem with a product. Don’t be to emotional about it, that will not get you a response. But write down a business like article about the problem you have, use a picture and make sure it’s found via Google. Then you probably get a better response then using the phone.
